Don't ask which one is which, I can't remember.

fuzzy...

This is one that catches the Rocker Knocker.
IMG_0892.JPG
This one gets the Rocker Knocker too, it's just a little rounded out but still pretty dang solid.
IMG_0893.JPG
I think this is the underside of the one in the last picture.
IMG_0894.JPG
The ones in front of the gas tank are in amazing shape.
IMG_0895.JPG
Next to last one on the rear end I think...

The two in the crossmember are bad. This one is so far gone that I can't even get the new one in there in any way. The other side should be replaced too, but at least the new mount will hold in it for now. This also happens to be one of the bolts that broke on me when removing the stock hardware.

(7-23-05) New rims and LED install: The new rims for the 6-bolt pattern on the Waggy axles. I had never seen these black steelies with the round holes before. I was pretty sure I'd like them when I got them (they were something different), and the more I look at them I'm REALLY loving them... The Rocker Knocker is officialy mounted in this shot with the 1" body lift in place (mostly) and bolted down.
IMG_0898.JPG
The rear end... the tires sitting out way too far because I was too lazy to pull the rear axle out from where it should be sitting, but you get the idea.
IMG_0902.JPG
A closeup of where the rockers catch two body mounts. I easily jacked the body up off of these even before I had the lift fully tightened down... you have to take 3/16" off the body bushings in these two locations. A hacksaw made quick work of them. I'm SO pleased with these even if they are a bit more trouble to install.

Overall shot with the armor moutned and the tires there for a visual. I can't wait to get this thing moving again...
IMG_0906.JPG
Closeup of the rims mounted with my 33" TrXuS. I had them balance them on the inside edge...
IMG_0903.JPG
Left LED somewhat mounted. So that I didn't have to completely mangle the support inside the back corner of the tub, I am going to cut a rubber "gasket ring" out of some suitable material to offset these just slightly. That way I only had to "gently" clearance the inside support with a BFH rather than cut it up for real.
IMG_0904.JPG
The other side with the gas filler. I needed longer screws all around to make the filler work, but it reached, even with the new body lift.

(7-24-05) Ok, just so you don't think they were really going to be cardboard... this is the very simple front right outbouarding braket. With the RHD, this is notched out to fit between the frame and the steering box mount and pick up three bolt holes in addition to being welded along both the inside and outside edges of the bottom of the framerail. The gussets are spaced to allow the winch plate to mount up. I just need to locate the holes to mount the spring hanger after we have the rear tacked in place to get the spacing just right.
IMG_0900.JPG
The left side bracket. This one will pick up four bolts along the bottom of the framerail and will be welded all along both lower edges of the framerail.

My new front axle just waiting to be able to hang!

I HAD to throw this in, it's my new bestest buddy Joe the Welder's Scrambler. 35s (short ones really close to my 33s), slightly sagged 4" lift with 3" body, 350, really nice body with only a couple rust issues and a nice console and stereo. It's his good weather DD...

The plaything that is being stored in my garage....
IMG_0919.JPG
....and what I did with it the first night :-) Does everyone do their initials when they're learning? I think a couple of the last ones look pretty good.
IMG_0918.JPG
My first real attempt at welding. It's a bolt in the rear corner of the body that snapped. Unfortunately, the bolt turned off again just a little farther up... oh well at least my welded nut held ;-)
